Operating on one of the most stable platforms available, our call center switch offers a feature rich product set that enhances not only the service offerings, but the availabiltiy and uptime as well. The system runs on three redundant linux based servers, all backed up by an uninterruptible power supply and a generator.

This new Switch allows for easy script design and integration with your business needs. In most cases, we can have your script built and our agents trained in a matter of a day or two. This gives you the flexibility to worry about your business and let us worry about your calls.

Telephone Lines

On the telephony end, MAXIMUM uses digital PRI's and VoIP (SIP) T1's with QOS (Quality of Service) to bring you the best pricing with the most features. We can offer Caller ID as well as a local presence in your area. We can also offer 800 numbers so that you can have a national presence. If you would prefer a local presence, we can offer you a local DID in your area. Please note that not all areas are covered.

Outbound Connections

We can offer many different ways to reach your company when a call comes in. Some of our most common ways are: Fax, Email, Text Message (SMS), Paging, Phone, voicemail or website. Whichever method(s) best suit you, we can do.
