On Call Updates

MAXIMUM is constantly working on an effective and reliable method to update On Call changes every day.

Currently we ask the following:

• On Call information is faxed or emailed to MAXIMUM Call Center
• After the fax / email, follow it with a phone call to confirm receipt
• On Call information should be received at least a week ahead of the change
• On Call information should include the 'actual time' the change becomes effective
  • Example: Don Smith on call beginning 7am on Monday the 10th of August
