Billing and invoice Portal
Review your current or past invoices, and print them for your own records. You may also make payments on your account when we have a valid credit card stored for you. Of course the simplest way is to have us automatically bill your account and email you a receipt. That way you don't have to worry about another bill to pay, but still have full access to review your invoice and call us with any questions. Click HERE
Message and On Call portal
Log in to review your or your team's messages we capture. If you use On Call groups, you can edit who is on call remotely, so no need to send in an email to us, or call on the phone. Of course, if you are not comfortable managing the On Call, you can still have us handle it for you, but here you will be able to review who is On Call. Click HERE
While our data side stores messages, the switch side provices traffic analysis so you may review / monitor how many calls you are receiving, along with average call and hold times. Statistics are available for the last 3 billing months, as well as the current month. For security's sake, the statistics are pulled from a back up database which is updated once a day. Click HERE
